A bug in uwsgi 2.0.27 breaks the process reloads functionality. This can lead to unresponsive application processes. I suggest to remove 2.0.27 from epel stable and put uwsgi 2.0.26 packages back in the repository awaiting a fix upstream. The applies to both EL8 and EL9 repos. This code introduced the bug: https://github.com/unbit/uwsgi/commit/8f1d0e5ec807faeba9ec19c223196d77026ff466
Can you confirm that the build available at https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/ertzing/scratch_x64/build/8135748/ fixes this for you?

Preliminary testing shows that reloads are performed correctly and the patch correctly fixes the bug. Nice work! If it is desired to receive additional reporting, I expect that I will be able to have an extensive test carried out later in about a week, the results of which I will of course share with you here.

Done. This release works fine for us and fixes the bug.
Thanks for the confirmation. The same build has been pushed through Koji, and should appear in the live repos in a few days. It's currently available in testing.
