(In reply to Jakub Kadlčík from comment #6) > This is blocked until we package this: > > No match for argument: python3dist(dbus-fast) Do you know if it's tracked somewhere? I'm not familiar with Fedora "request for packaging" or "intent to package" procedures.
I don't think it is tracked anywhere. You can try adding it here https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_maintainers_wishlist but I doubt somebody will pick it from there. If there was a review ticket in Bugzilla, we could set "blocked by", but I recently looked and didn't find any. My plan is to get it to Fedora myself and ask the Python SIG if they would co-maintain it.

Hey Jakub, now that python-dbus-fast is in the repository, it's possible to build the latest Qtile version. I opened a PR on Pagure and I'd like to contribute in maintaining this package on the long term.
Hello Danny, I've seen the PR but didn't get to testing it, sorry about that. I am trying to build it in Copr right now, and merge after that. There is currently an outage of several Fedora services because of a datacenter move. So we will likely not be able to build the package in the last couple of days. > I'd like to contribute in maintaining this package on the long term. That would be great, thank you. What is your FAS username? I will add you as a co-maintainer.

This package has changed maintainer in Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.
Automation has figured out the package is retired in rawhide. If you like it to be unretired, please open a ticket at https://pagure.io/releng/new_issue?template=package_unretirement
