There's a couple of missing dependencies:

DEBUG util.py:461:  No matching package to install: 'python3dist(colorlog)'
DEBUG util.py:461:  No matching package to install: 'python3dist(sphinxcontrib-autoprogram) >= 0.1.5'

All dependencies are available, and with https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/gcovr/pull-request/7 the build is fixed in EPEL 10.
