Please branch and build docbook5-style-xsl in epel10
The Fedora rawhide package of docbook5-style-xsl builds on epel10 without any changes.

If you do not wish to maintain docbook5-style-xsl in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS tdawson);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/docbook5-style-xsl/adduser

Hi,
I apologize for not replying sooner.

Would you mind sharing what would be your use case for the package in the EPEL repo? The package is already in c10s gitlab repo, so if the desired use relates to c10s/rhel10, I was thinking that it might be preferable to getting it to official repos there, instead of EPEL.

Although docbook5-style-xsl is built for RHEL10 and CS10, it is not IN either of them.
There is docbook-style-xsl but not docbook5-style-xsl
If you are expecting it to be in RHEL10, then yes, this ticket can be closed, and I'll open a RHEL issue requesting it be in the release.

I apologize, I have missed the fact that this has the other report attached. Since this is needed only as a dependency to other EPEL package, and you mentioned that you would be able to take over the maintenance of the EPEL package for now, it would be the ideal approach.

The thing is that this package is only present in a buildroot in RHEL/C10S, it's not a bug, no one needed it before (outside build deps), but since this use case is only related to another EPEL package (not RHEL/C10S directly), it is preferable that it will only be distributed via EPEL.

I have added you commit rights in fedora repos. If you need anything else, feel free to follow up.

Thank you very much.
I understand the confusion. RHEL and CentOS Stream "buildroot only" packages get me mixed up at times.

Build done
