Description of problem:

After upgrading Controllers from RHOSP 16.2 to 17.1 we are experiencing slowness when listing neutron ports.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. openstack port list
2. openstack server list
3.

Actual results:

Slow replies from neutron server /v2.0/ports, around 70s

Expected results:
