Please build clamav for EPEL-10. If you need a co-maintainer, I am happy to help. My FAS ID is "dcantrell".
If we want clamav-milter support, we're going to need sendmail - bz#2322295
Orion and Sérgio, you're much more active at ClamAV than me these days...is one of you interested in getting the default Bugzilla assignee etc. for EPEL?
I'm happy to take it.
I'm working my way through the rust deps, but we seem to be in better shape there that I thought we would be. I'm the maintainer of most of the ones not yet in EPEL-10.
Any progress with this?
When I built Fedora rawhide clamav on EPEL 10, this is the output: DEBUG util.py:459: Error: DEBUG util.py:459: Problem 1: nothing provides requested (crate(base64/default) >= 0.21.0 with crate(base64/default) < 0.22.0~) DEBUG util.py:459: Problem 2: nothing provides requested (crate(delharc/default) >= 0.6.0 with crate(delharc/default) < 0.7.0~) DEBUG util.py:459: Problem 3: nothing provides requested (crate(onenote_parser/default) >= 0.3.1 with crate(onenote_parser/default) < 0.4.0~) (https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/1023/127491023/root.log)
delharc and onenote_parser are owned by orion. Orion, can you build them? Do you need any help? base64 is present in version 0.22. After update of clamav.spec to use this version clamav builds but check tests fails: Signature 9713 created at Fri Jan 3 07:17:17 2025 invalid: signature relies on legacy cryptography because: Policy rejected non-revocation signature (Binary) requiring collision resistance because: SHA1 is not considered secure Making ctest do not fail let compile clamav for EPEL10.
