Description of problem:
Package mrchem fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.1.4-1.fc42

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f42 mrchem-1.1.4-1.fc42.src.rpm

Additional info - the failure:

error: %patchN is obsolete, use %patch N (or %patch -P N): %patch0 -p1 -b .eigen3

The patch changes were supposedly reverted only for EPEL9, but they were committed to Rawhide too. Now it's impossible to build package in Fedora Rawhide.
