Description Adam Williamson 2024-11-06 19:12:12 UTC
Since anaconda-42.9-1.fc42 landed in Rawhide, the "Skip to shell" option in the rescue mode is broken. After selecting it, you are prompted "Please press ENTER to get a shell:" (side note: why this prompt at all? I just asked for a shell!), but on pressing enter, no shell appears.

AIUI this was fixed by https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/pull/5962 and should be in the next anaconda release, so marking POST.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.
