Please branch and build davfs2 in epel10.

I started to phase out my usage of davfs2 so I don't have plans to build this for EPEL10. Also upstream does not seem to be particularly active. If you want to maintain this in EPEL, I'm happy to hand the package over to you (or just the EPEL branches).

On my side I know absolutely nothing about package maintenance and I will hardly have time for committing to support one for the years to come. Maybe someone from the EPEL packager SIG will want to step in for the EPEL branch maintenance, but I can't speak for them, since I am just a RHEL/CentOS user. Let's wait then for someone with knowledge, time and willingness to take over this maintenance.

Ok, I'll close this issue then but I'd be glad if there is an additional EPEL maintainer who could take care of this package.
