Please branch and build swaks in epel10. If you do not wish to maintain swaks in epel10, or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner, I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS robert); please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/swaks/adduser
I have no interest at all in EPEL, but the maintainer of the package in EPEL9 may wish to branch it. Otherwise, please let me know and I can add an EPEL10 maintainer.
I maintain the EPEL branches right now. I'll build it over Thanksgiving break. I'll also add you as a maintainer of the EPEL branches then too so there can be redundancy.

Regarding being a maintainer, the group epel-packagers-sig has commit access and you're a member of it. Does that give you what you need?
