Uhm, yes please, a patch would be welcome to move forward. I'm kinda overwhelmed by the amount of work at the moment (although still NVMe, different area).

> Victor, does this create an incompatibility of the two codebases? Correct. If libnvme defines a "fallthrough" macro, the "#if _Py__has_attribute(fallthrough)" test in Python cannot work. libnvme should undefine the "fallthrough" macro before including <Python.h>.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle. Changing version to 42.
