Please branch and build texlive in epel10. If you do not wish to maintain texlive in epel10, or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner, the EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package; please add the epel-packagers-sig group through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/texlive/addgroup and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches.
Please note that texlive is already included in RHEL with a limited set of subpackages (and is therefore ineligible for EPEL), but the EPEL-specific texlive-extension package provides additional TeX components as requested by EPEL maintainers or users. Therefore, this should be refiled against Fedora EPEL / texlive-extension to branch for epel10. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/texlive-extension/commits/epel9
