Description Jelle van der Waa 2024-11-15 10:18:41 UTC
When picking the "reclaim space" option an dialog is opened which allows me to delete my dedicated swap partition (might have been used in combination with luks).

Deleting this does not show it reclaimed free space while for example the LUKS or EFI partition does. Anaconda does detect it as 8 GB.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a swap partition
2. Try to reclaim space by deleting the swap partition
3. Notice that no space is claimed to be freed.

Expected Results:
Free space is reclaimed.

The swap partition might have been used in combination with luks (encrypted swap), but that should not matter as it was detected as swap.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.
