Sure thing. I added you as a co-maintainer. I think if we update python-webtest to use the modern python macros we can prevent this in the future, since the minimum runtime version is encoded in the metadata. I'll send a PR over there to port it.
Here's the PR. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-webtest/pull-request/4 As expected, it fails to build for me locally since it can't find python3-waitress 3.0.2, but the PR scratch build works in koji where that is already available.
