Description of problem:
Several sub-packages in qt6-qttools has dependencies to old versions of llvm-libs and clang-libs and can not be updated to RHEL 9.5.

Thank you for rebuilding packages.

Now I can try to create the package qt-creator from the source "qt-creator-12.0.1-3.el9.src.rpm" package of the epel repository.
