Description of problem:

Due to missing dependency to glycin-loaders Fedora Flatpak version of Fractal does not show images. Instead one can see from journal the complaint about missing the mentioned dependency.

Flathub version of Fractal works.

How reproducible:

Constantly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open matrix channel with inages using Fractal
2.

Actual results:

See it doesn't show any images.

Expected results:

Flathub version shows images.

It looks like this issue isn't limited to only the Fedora flatpak for Fractal, but stems from a missing runtime dependency on glycin-loaders in the rpm and would affect rpm installations too.

The reason this isn't visible on a normal Fedora workstation is that Fedora preinstalls Loupe, which means that glycin-loaders will already be installed.

Please ensure that the dependency pulls in the correct ABI of glycin-loaders. There have been two ABIs so far, "0+" and "1+", and there may be more in the future if incompatible changes are made.
