Currently, a build would be blocked on:

  No matching package to install: 'python3-qt5'
  No matching package to install: 'python3-qt5-devel'

However, as EPEL 9 excluded python3-qscintilla-qt6, we can probably exclude python3-qscintilla-qt5 on EPEL 10 (at least until python3-qt5 is available, if at all).
