Description of problem:
opencv-imgcodecs from EPEL 10 has one or more unresolved dependencies, causing it to be uninstallable.

opencv-imgcodecs-4.10.0-7.el10_0


How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install opencv-imgcodecs


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libgdal.so.36()(64bit) needed by opencv-imgcodecs-4.10.0-7.el10_0.x86_64 from epel


Expected results:
successful installation

With gdal-libs now available, this is resolved.
