Description of problem:
current issue with version mismatches (e.g., libqb.so.100.3.2 in AppStream vs libqb.so.100.3.0 in EPEL).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

libqb.so.100.3.2 in AppStream vs libqb.so.100.3.0 in EPEL

How reproducible:
corosynclib-3.1.8-2 cannot be built because libqb from appstream is version libqb.so.100.3.2 and epel libqb.so points to libqb.so.100.3.0

which is the cause of another issue:
