Haven't checked this in detail, but this might be a problem or something
to delete:

java-1.4.2-gcj-compat-devel has dangling symlink from
/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.4.2-gcj-1.4.2.0/bin/javah to /usr/bin/gjnih

Please update to java-1.5.0-gcj in Rawhide:

yum install java-1.5.0-gcj{,-devel,-src,-javadoc}
