name resolution stop to work


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
if I did 'reprobe' -  its in the same failure state as before fix of Bug 2226054

[ ~]# dnssec-trigger-control reprobe
[ ~]# dnssec-trigger-control status
at 2024-12-09 03:54:00
addr fedoraproject.org AAAA from 127.0.0.3: error timeout
addr fedoraproject.org A from 127.0.0.3: error timeout

[ ~]# dig +dnssec +short www.drasov.cz

Actual Results:  
# delv www.ibm.com
;; resolution failed: SERVFAIL


Expected Results:  
# delv www.ibm.com
works fine

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.
