Comment 1 Daniel Milnes 2024-12-13 22:57:11 UTC
First pass of building the current rawhide in the EL10 buildroot has failed.

https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/1809/126811809/root.log

DEBUG util.py:459: No matching package to install: 'kf5-kwallet-devel'
DEBUG util.py:459: No matching package to install: 'pkgconfig(libsoup-2.4)'
DEBUG util.py:459: No matching package to install: 'pkgconfig(webkit2gtk-4.0)'
DEBUG util.py:459: Not all dependencies satisfied
DEBUG util.py:459: Error: Some packages could not be found.
DEBUG util.py:608: Child return code was: 1

Need to investigate why these aren't available yet.

Comment 2 Daniel Milnes 2024-12-13 23:13:30 UTC
kf6-kwallet-devel and libsoup3 are in EL10 so far so we can try with those. No builds of webkit2gtk seem to have made it in yet.

Comment 3 Daniel Milnes 2024-12-13 23:25:42 UTC
Upstream doesn't yet support kf6 (https://gitlab.com/Remmina/Remmina/-/issues/3141).

No mention of libsoup3 support on the issue tracker.

We need to decide if we temporarily drop the kdewallet plugin to at least get most of the package into EL10 (my vote is yes).

Going to ask around regarding webkit2gtk, I think it's only required for remmina-plugins-www which we could also drop temporarily.

Comment 4 Daniel Milnes 2024-12-17 22:11:46 UTC
Think I've got something functional on https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/remmina/pull-request/8. Will roll it out once it's had a second set of eyes.

Unfortunately KDE Wallet support is waiting on upstream (https://gitlab.com/Remmina/Remmina/-/issues/3141) and WWW support on bug 2332921.
