CVE-2024-56527 identifies a vulnerability in TCPDF, a PHP library commonly used for generating PDF documents. In versions prior to 6.8.0, the Error function did not apply the htmlspecialchars function to error messages, leading to potential cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
