systemd reports: systemd[1]: System is tainted: unmerged-bin but bin/sbin merge is set for F42 - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/42/ChangeSet#Unify_/usr/bin_and_/usr/sbin systemd-256.10-1.fc41.x86_64 Reproducible: Always
Yeah, that taint is an upstream feature. I still plan to fix this for F42, but in F41 we'll have the live with the taint. It is just a warning with no other effects.
Why do we have to live with it for F41? Couldn't we patch it out? logwatch reports systemd's taint messages - which can be useful for example for noticing EOL versions. Having it need to know to ignore this just for F41 is annoying.
