Same here. I'm on Fedora 41 with Xfce.
Starting dnfdragora-updates dosen't reveal any useful information:

> $ dnfdragora-updater
> Try reading configuration file
> From ./dnfdragora.yaml
> Skipped exception: <[Errno 2] Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden: './dnfdragora.yaml'>
> From /etc/dnfdragora/dnfdragora.yaml
> Finally read user settings from /home/USERNAME/.config/dnfdragora.yaml
> Logging disabled

Duplicates #bug2312015

To fix it, I had to delete/rename ~/.config/dnfdragora.yaml, and start dnfdragora (not dnfdragora-updater) once.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.
