The code does not build on 32 bit architectures.

It has not been required to file bugs like this since Fedora 37, see:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/EncourageI686LeafRemoval#Scope

Leaf packages can just add "ExcludeArch: %{ix86}" and be done with it.
