Description of problem:

I observe the following error:

Debugger entered--Lisp error: (void-variable book)
  sgml-eltype-stag-optional(book)

nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil] (normal-state nil (book normal-state nil)))
  sgml-list-valid-tags()
  call-interactively(sgml-list-valid-tags)

when I hit C-c C-t in a docbook document.
I use psgml-1.2.5-4.3 with FC6 and cvs head emacs.
also, there are no fontifications despite global-font-lock-mode being t.
