If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks, pygsl will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 43, pygsl will be retired, if it still fails to build. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle. Changing version to 42.
