If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks, python-pyphi will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 43, python-pyphi will be retired, if it still fails to build. This fails when importing `pyemd` during the sphinx build: File "/builddir/build/BUILD/python-pyphi-1.2.1-build/pyphi-1.2.1/pyphi/distance.py", line 11, in <module> from pyemd import emd File "/usr/lib64/python3.13/site-packages/pyemd/__init__.py", line 73, in <module> from .emd import emd, emd_with_flow, emd_samples File "src/pyemd/emd.pyx", line 1, in init pyemd.emd ImportError: numpy.core.multiarray failed to import (auto-generated because you didn't call 'numpy.import_array()' after cimporting numpy; use '<void>numpy._import_array' to disable if you are certain you don't need it).
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle. Changing version to 42.
