Please fix stratagus at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
stratagus will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 43,
stratagus will be retired, if it still fails to build.

It looks like this was something arm specific that was fixed since this bug was reported. Resubmitting the previous build worked fine.
