This is the last dependency needed for full support of scikit-buid-core in epel-10. Are there any blockers here?

I am not interested in maintaining this package in EPEL 10. Happy to make you the EPEL maintainer.

Thanks, I don't mind taking it. I have done a copr build and there are a few dependencies that need to be ported as well [1], all maintained by carl and with epel branches already.

Carl, do you mind helping branch those projects?
