A dracut update for Rawhide failed tests today because anaconda's dracut module depends on the 'ifcfg' module, which is removed from dracut in 204:

We need to get rid of that dependency or else dracut is blocked from updating.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.
