Description Miloš Komarčević 2025-02-04 16:30:24 UTC
IM 7 already supports Ultra HDR images (multi-part JPEG that contains an SDR image for fallback and an HDR gain gain map for supported HDR devices like most smartphones), but needs to be built --with-uhdr

Requires packaging libultrahdr as a new dependency though: https://github.com/google/libultrahdr/

Cf.

Reproducible: Always

Comment 1 Sergio Basto 2025-02-24 00:16:26 UTC
libultrahdr is not available on Fedora

checking for libuhdr >= 1.3.0... no

Comment 2 Aoife Moloney 2025-02-26 13:50:02 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle.
Changing version to 42.

I made a review request of libultrahdr, https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2432644
