jquery.js in libstdc++-docs-14.2.1-7.fc41.x86_64.rpm is the same as jquery.js in libstdc++-docs-15.0.1-0.7.fc43.x86_64.rpm, are those vulnerable?

No, CVE-2020-11023 only applies to jQuery versions prior to 3.5.0: https://blog.jquery.com/2020/04/10/jquery-3-5-0-released/
