Description of problem: Currently weston-libs requires libdisplay-info.so.1, but libdisplay-info was recently rebased to so.2 in CentOS 10. If you have weston-libs installed, it blocks `dnf update`. Please rebuild the package so that it requires libdisplay-info.so.2.
