This is a downstream report of https://github.com/opencv/opencv/issues/26913 , filed so I can have the os-autoinst FTBFS bugs refer to it. OpenCV 4.11.0 seems to be flat broken on s390x (probably all big-endian arches); reading valid images returns an empty matrix. This is why os-autoinst's tests fail. There are more details and a minimal reproducer in the upstream issue.
Detected processor: s390x -CMake Warning at cmake/OpenCVDetectCXXCompiler.cmake:114 (message): - OpenCV: unrecognized target processor configuration seems opencv doens't support/recognize s390x
That was the same in the 4.10.0 build, so that's not the problem per se, I don't think.
