python3-fasjson-client is a dep for centos-packager pkg (built but blocked due to missing dep)

Please branch and build fasjson-client for epel10 so that contributors interacting with CentOS community build system from Stream 10 env can request TLS certs from Fedora/IPA (through fasjson)

Many of its dependencies aren't built for epel10, but I'll get through them eventually :-)
