Description of problem:

inotifywait exits with an error message when watching a long list of files

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

inotify-tools-4.23.9.0-2.fc41.x86_64

How reproducible:

Run inotifywait on a long list of files 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. cd to a directory containing many subdirectories and files
2. Run `find . -type f | xargs inotifywait`
3. Watch the error message

Actual results:

Setting up watches.
Couldn't watch �ʲѬU: No such file or directory
double free or corruption (out)
xargs: inotifywait: terminated by signal 6


Expected results:

Either (1) inotifywait pauses and produces no output until a file changes or (2) inotifywait exits with an error message stating that I am trying to watch too many files
