Description of problem:

[SMB][CTDB]Cephadm Log Displays Warning: "fence_old_ranks: Unsupported"

After a successful Samba service deployment, the cephadm log continuously displays the warning: "fence_old_ranks: Unsupported."

Note:
1. There are no functional issues observed.
2. The warning keeps appearing in the cephadm log
