Note this change is more about slowly improving things, rather then 1 big change.

Various kernel improvements + some pipewire fixes have landed and the rpmfusion packages of the out of tree drivers have been rebased to the latest version, moving this to ON_QA.

The Fedora version where this change has landed has long been released, closing this.
