Fixed by installing "tbb2020.3" manually. This raises the question: why did "install blender" did have it as dependency, nut dnf did not consider it?!?!?
I have blender installed just fine for f40 (with the appropriate tbb version) from your message: Header SHA1 Prüfsumme: OK Seems to hint about a SHA1 package signature that is currently dis-allowed in current Fedora. So the fault is likely some 3rd part repository issuing packages with bad signature at that time. (nothing point to blender or tbb from your error message). Closing as worksforme as there is indeed an error, but not related to our (fedora) packages... (also rpmfusion was not signing with SHA1 anymore at that time).
