No translations specificaly for Smolt have been provided as of yet. Any strings that appear to be translated in Smolt are from underlying Gnome libraries. Once translations for Smolt have been provided the translatiors will get the appropriate credit.
I ideas was to add _A_string_ in Translation like provide by gnome applications who translated "smolt". most fedora application has no Translator credit.

Ahhh... after some more research, I believe that I understand now. We need to add the standard "translator-credit" string as a translated string in Smolt.
