Hi,

Please branch and build python-strict-rfc3339 in epel10.

Checking right now, it builds fine from the rawhide branch content.

I may help co-maintaining the EPEL branches to get this released (fas id: romaingeissler1a).

I would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish
to build it on epel10 (FAS: romaingeissler1a).
