Description of problem:
The lspp.rules file needs to have a number of watches added to it to put it into
final configuration for evaluation.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.

This patch was built into audit-1.3.1-5.

After reviewing file watches and how it interacts with missing files, I updated
the patch to allow watching a couple aide files that don't exist at
installation. This was built into audit-1.3.1-6. I believe the audit system is
in final config with this patch.
