IBM Storage Ceph now supports SMB manager module for file services SMB manager module for file services was previously available as limited release. This enhancement provides full availability for new and existing customers in production environments. The SMB protocol accesses CephFS through the Samba suite and samba-container images that are managed by Ceph. The SMB manager module provides an interface for deploying and controlling clusters of Samba services and managing SMB shares. With the SMB module, a cluster acts as a logical management unit that corresponds to one or more managed Samba services. A cluster can implement high-availability mechanisms or operate without them. With this release, the SMB manager module is enabled by default to support CephFS volumes. For more information, see SMB clusters and share management.

Description of problem:
SMB mgr module is not enabled by default. As we are planning to GA the SMB, I think it should be default enabled and available.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the ceph cluster
2. Try using SMB mgr module command
3. 

Actual results:
SMB mgr commands throws error/warning smb mgr module is not enabled

Expected results:
SMB mgr commands should just work out of box
