Doc Text:
.HAProxy now runs successfully and binds to both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses Previously, when using the `virtual_ips_list` specification option, HAProxy failed to start successfully, due to an invalid bind address. With this fix, the HAProxy configuration starts and binds successfully in the generated configuration. The ingress services now function correctly across all environments. As a result, HAProxy is able to bind to both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and connectivity takes place on all expected ports.
