The wish -f option was removed in tk-9.0. This causes wish to not start ncid using ncid.spec 1.17.7. Using ncid.spec 1.17.8, and the ncid-exec-wish-fix.patch, fixes it by removing the "-f" option from the wish line in ncid.sh. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. execute ncid 2. 3. Actual Results: The TK-9.0 wish shell is not able to start the ncid client. Expected Results: The TK-9.0 wish shell starts the ncid client. Rawhide has the updated files which built fc43
