Description of problem:

How reproducible:

every boot

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot computer


Actual results:

an error message appears that says Bluetooth: hc10: command 0xfc05 tx timeout and reading intel version command failed (-110)

Expected results:

Bluetooth starts and works

Additional info:

This happened after installing the linux-firmware-20250311-1.fc41 update, on kernel 6.13.6 and Fedora 41. My bluetooth card is Intel AX211.

What was the previous version of linux-firmware? What effect does the error have?

Bluetooth doesn't work at all.


The previous version was linux-firmware-20241210-1.fc41.

This is the dmesg | grep Bluetooth output. KDE says in settings that no adapter was found. This seems like the issue that was reported in the Bodhi comments

bodhi comments isn't a bug reporting mechanism, maintainers can't reply to specific comments and things get lost
