the-new-hotness/release-monitoring.org's scratch build of blender-4.4.0-1.fc40.src.rpm for rawhide failed http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=130433301
Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 42-final by Fedora user luya using the blocker tracking app because: Blender 4.4 contains upstream fixed bugs found on previous versions leading to several dropped downstream patches. At the same times. some issues are resolved on several tickets notably #2350874, #2343072, #2344533 and #2356053. Note that Blender is packaged by default of Fedora Design Suite Lab.
