Description Michael 2025-03-21 22:45:56 UTC
Description of problem:
Started power-profiles-daemon
SELinux is preventing power-profiles- from 'watch' accesses on the directory /sys/devices/system/cpu/intel_pstate.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests **************************

If you believe that power-profiles- should be allowed watch access on the intel_pstate directory by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# ausearch -c 'power-profiles-' --raw | audit2allow -M my-powerprofiles
# semodule -X 300 -i my-powerprofiles.pp
